Love this place! Great service, nice atmosphere. Food is good. Reasonably priced!

The food and service was good. Nice location especially in the evening with a slight breeze. The reason for the score is the hype. To be honest I had never heard of this place before and when your printed materials, website and even waiters great you with world famous yada yada, it better be extraordinary. The food was good but nothing that separates it from major chains like red Robin. We ordered the grilled fish tacos which was a nice portion enough to have leftovers the next day. The burger was cooked well but was probably a 6 or 7 rating.

Some of the best French fries I've ever had. Delicious cocktails. Very sweet and attentive service. I had the BBQ Bacon Burger and loved every bite. Our waitress was so patient and kind to us. Worth the trip in, to see the mall!

My wife and I went for dinner on a Friday night, and both had good meals. I had the Blue Banana Burger, and she had the Chipotle black bean burger. I really liked the blue cheese, guacamole and banana pepper combination, and being Canadian I appreciated the burger being cooked. Medium was just fine.

We went there for breakfast this morning and loved it. Both the Papaya bowl and Blueberry pancakes were amazing!

A great spot to eat while your shopping or taking a break from resort food. Great selection of beer and you can't go wrong with any of the burgers. Breakfast is offered also and it was awesome too.

Best burger I’ve ever had. Each of my family members chose a different burger to try. And all of them were amazing. The patties are thick and juicy, cooked exactly how you request. Our server was super friendly and checked on us frequently to make sure we were doing okay. The beers came out super cold and tasted amazing. Nothing negative to say about this place and we will definitely be back.

Cheeseburger Grill is a great place to go for a MaiTai and a burger. While not on the water like in Lahaina, it's a great place to go. My wife and I go here at least once on each trip to Maui. I recommend to go and do some shopping at The Shops at Wailea.

We had the cheeseburger babies and onion rings. They have some of the best onion rings. Great location with beautiful scenery. The waitress was present and very attentive. Would definitely go back for a great cheeseburger.

Went here for breakfast 3x during our stay. Everything delicious. Server (Malia) was nice she remembered us from our first visit and brought our waters right away.

They have a great selection of specialty cheeseburgers that are amazingly delicious.

Service was Excellent. The servers were friendly and smiling the whole time we were there. Even the server who was not at our table even gave my girls little sea shells which they loved. Now to the food, the burgers were decent. Definitely not the best I've had but ok. Food presentation was not the greatest but for a burger place I guess can't really complain. The nachos were soggy which was a let down. The tacos were pretty good. If you are shopping at shops of Wailea and want a quick bite this place is not bad. The service is good and the food is ok. I would personally not get the nachos. No body wants soggy nachos that was a turn off.

While staying at the Waldorf Astoria in Wailea ran into this wonderful breakfast here at the Cheeseburger Grille. The food was flavorful and the Bloody Mary was spicy with plenty of heat from the peppers. Will absolutely be coming back for more while visiting here in Maui.

First time there. The food was great as well as the service! And craft beer list was awesome. Will be back.

Stopped in for lunch and had the "Cheeseburger with an Attitude" and my wife had the fish tacos, both were good. Nice grille & pub located in an upscale mall with some good entree choices on the menu and the waitress was super friendly with a great sense of humor.🤙

Even my picky 11 year old daughter loved it! Great atmosphere, great food, attached to the Shops at Wailea. What's not to love? Can't wait to go back!

Had a great experience here. Staff was friendly and joked around, food was fast, delicious and filling. They had the Beyond Meat veggie patty for the vegetarian in our group and the carnivorous members were very pleased with the Aussie and the BBQ Bacon burgers.

We asked for our burgers to be pink inside and it cane well done. It was dry and distastful. When we told the waiter he said "I didn't cook it". How rude! I expected better in Wailea. He deducted the tab by one burger I'd never come here again. They don't know what a good burger is like. Bathrooms were filthy too. The wait staff was too busy socializing then waiting on customers.

Really average burgers which was a surprise given the name of the place. Tasteless patty and dry bun. Fries were decent and the cocktails were solid especially on happy hour. But I definitely wouldn't recommend eating the food here.

The food was good... The service was not. We just ate there 30 minutes ago. We were seated, and then two other parties were seated. The larger parties were served first, even though we were seated first. I had to go to the bar to order a second round of drinks because our waiter just kept walking by without asking how we were. We planned on having fun and having more drinks... well when you can't find your server because he is processing you.. it doesnt make you want to stay and spend money..

Excellent service, food, and drinks... Highly recommend bar service also. Several times I have been here and the bar tender Justine is super attentive and such positive energy. After a tough day working or surfing waves she always seems so full of positive energy. Overall fun and fast service! Check it out! Great items to take home to for memories!!

We called in for a reservation prior to arriving, and when we got there we had to wait an extra 10-15 minutes to be seated (on a slow night). Once we were brought to our table, Robert (manager) was very rude when we asked him to bring over some extra chairs saying that we didn’t have a reservation. “Robert” was bickering with employees and other customers the entire night we were there, and he really gave a bad rap for the restaurant. Apart from the awkward tension that he created, our Serbian waitress was polite and attentive to our needs. Coke products tasted funny, but our food was delicious.

We walked over from our hotel and tried this place blindly. We were pleasantly surprised to find it was so much better than you average sports bar. Pleasant indoor/outdoor set up with a highly attentive server who guided us through the menu. I had the classic Burger with Attitude with Onion Rings and was not disappointed. A half pound burger cooked to perfection that was juicy and delicious. My wife who is vegan had the Beyond Burger and enjoyed it tremendously. I enjoyed myself greatly and would definitely go back again

This burger joint is part of the Cheeseburger Restaurant Franchise. They have great burgers, and other sandwiches and tacos. If you're staying in Wailea and want a good burger and drinks this is the place to stop. You can enjoy some chopping and stop for ice cream in the same area. Enjoy!

A fun Hawaiian/Tiki themed restaurant with tasty food, a good beer range and friendly service. The Beyond Burger is an especially good vego option.

We went right before closing and the staff was very nice and attentive. Atmosphere is open and decor is a tiki hut with surf boards. Pretty cool place and the food was good. Ordered a cheeseburger and fries with a chicken caesar salad. Prices were reasonable as well.

The waitress was very honest. Drinks were fantastic.

Pricey but the burgers are huge. Split one with your companion if you can agree on a single flavour. They also pride themselves on a “5 napkin burger” so there is sometimes a pool of grease/juice (?) under the buns which aren’t always structurally up to the task. Service wasn’t that zippy at 3 in the afternoon so who knows about peak times.

Wow, this place is amazing! The host was great! The waiter was great! Pretty awesome tiki hut! The drinks are exotic and the food taste great! Must visit when in Maui!

Attended happy hour, they should have real cheese on the nachos, had some sort of yellow paste, tried to like it, still dont know what it was and afraid to ask, onion rings were excellent. Music is good, good place to relax. Don't get the Nachos. Suggested minimum tip on the bill is 17%, 19% or 21% , I don't think so. Maui is Excellent, this was dissappointing.

The environment is very traditional! Service is wonderful. Food is too greasy for me.

The place is nicely decorated. We were there at 11am and it was not busy so the service was quick. The burgers are huge and all came with seasoned fries. The onion was 8$ and the portion was huge. The burgers were deliciou . Definitely come back. Didn't use the bathroom so can't comment on the funky smell like other review.

2nd time here, this visit was for lunch. Service was fine but we had to ask for mustard, drink refills and lemons more than once.I ordered the Sesame seared Ahi Salad and subbed the Lemon dressing. Although the salad was delicious and the Ahi was perfect, the lettuce was old and turning rusty brown and the salad was very small for $16.50.I just can’t recommend although I would really like to. Attention to detail goes a long way. Bread with a salad would also be a nice touch.

We’ve been here on 4 different trips to Maui. In the past we have gone for happy hour and have had great service. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. The restaurant was almost completely empty and our waitress didn’t know the specials and didn’t check in on the food. The general manager told us they no longer have food specials. Very disappointing with so many other good choices and great happy hour deals steps away.

I’m going to be generous and give them 3 stars. The place needs a deep cleaning. Dirt and bird droppings on the window sill. When we sat down the table felt sticky. Ordered cheeseburgers and a beer. The beer was ice cold which was nice on a hot day. Burger was literally raw on the inside cooked on the outside. I’d guess they were tossed on the grill frozen. Talked to the manager. He apologized but didn’t offer to fix it. The burgers aren’t cheap. Was over $15 bucks each. Not going back.

Best breakfast ever!! We had an awesome time! Definitely try a guava mimosa, it's delicious. We also had incredible service, they were so attentive and kind! Such good prices for the amount of food you get, I dont eat red meat and they had plenty of veggie/ fishy options for me!!

Based on my one visit, I absolutely know without a doubt, this place wouldn't stay in business without one time visit tourists. Nachos looked like something I'd make while drunk and the beet hummus looked like cat food (need more red and smaller cut veggies). Onion rings on the other hand were pretty decent actually. Service was okay but slow. Could tell other guests were annoyed. Tiki motif is alluring and brought us in. Of it weren't for my beer and wife to settle me down, I'd have walked out and demanded my a full refund.
